after lvl 141, some crews can revive and get tekkai, so this is normal or a bug?

for lvl 146, moria is immune to normal atk, so doffy and mihawk should be able to do dmg to him;
i tried it and mihawk or doffy couldnt do any dmg to him + moria is taunt;
so this is normal? that moria is immune to normal dmg too?
